Takiesha Walker, LMT
I graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2013 and I have been in love with massage therapy since I first started. In my opinion, if everyone received a massage regularly, the world would be a more peaceful place. Among my favorite types of massage to perform are prenatal, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. I enjoy ‘listening to the muscles' and figuring out the best techniques to facilitate positive change. I began my career as a therapist at massage envy spa and while it taught me plenty, it was time for something new. I am proud to be a part of the Yoga Now team, where we all save the world from stress, one person at a time.

Jerrell Starnes, LMT
My name is Jerrell. I am a graduate of Cortiva Institute for massage. I became massage therapist to be able to heal others and to help others feel better physically, emotionally, and hopefully spiritually .
I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage and Swedish massage. I spent 6 years in the Navy as an electrician mate, and after my 6 year term was over I decided to leave. I left to pursue my passion in life. After a tremendous amount of soul searching I decided to take the road towards health and wellness. I chose this path because I believe in helping others and the best way for me to help is through healing mind, body and soul. I utilize massage, which helps the body and mind relax, which sets up the conditions for a happy soul.
