I am very grateful to be a part of the Yoga Now family! Looking forward to sharing my knowledge and many techniques with my clients along with developing a nurturing environment to grow and heal. My modalities include Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and Reflexology. Also, Reiki level 1 attuned.
