Camille Brittnum
Camille began her health and wellness journey in 2015 when she started having health issues arise at a young age. She found herself unclear on the best practices for natural wellness and began her research. In the process of discovering ways for natural healing she started her yoga practice and enjoyed learning the benefits of different postures and how the body reacts to different poses. She started to take a closer look at the anatomy of the body and natural ways to heal it. Camille attended Soma Institute specializing in Clinical Massage Therapy and Sports Massage. Coming out of school she strives to blend the art of yoga practice and massage therapy. Camille is diligent, compassionate and wants the best for her clients; she believes with consistent focus and full bodywork, maintaining consistent physical exercise, proper nutrition, and mental meditation, any ailment can be remedied. By healing the body in natural ways we are able to reach a level of holistic wellness that is long lasting. Camille enjoys learning about natural herbs and oils, she is excited to start a new journey in helping and healing by educating one client at a time.

Pamela Guajardo-Lagos
My name is Pamela and I am a Reiki master teacher, holistic healing practitioner, licensed massage therapist, transformational life coach, biochemical engineer and artist.
In my practice I’ve chosen to use a holistic integrative approach to healing because we are complex beings, comprised of several parts, layers, aspects and dimensions – seemingly separated at times – and yet, the truth is, we are and function as a single entity. Through the application of a myriad of techniques and knowledge acquired along my own journey, I aim to help the energy and physical bodies regain alignment, balance, harmony, their natural flow, homeostasis and overall health and wellbeing. Something that our beings naturally desire and tend to do, and that, given the proper conditions and support, can achieve.
I’ve been practicing energy healing for 13 years and massage therapy for five. I work with Reiki and many other energy modalities and tools, crystals, sound, vibration (like tuning forks), color, symbols, aromatherapy, etc. and, as a massage therapist, I have training in techniques and modalities such as Swedish, relaxation massage, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point release, deep tissue, pre-natal, lomi-lomi, Thai massage, hot stones, etc. Regardless of my work being hands-on or hands-off, the energetic or vibrational approach is at the core of my practices. Intention and the principles of resonance and entrainment are at the root of this approach.
My hope is to be a thoughtful and caring ally in your journey, to provide a safe and nurturing environment that facilitates wellbeing and healing, and to assist your inner healer and caretaker accomplish their goals.
I love animals and communing with nature, dancing, drawing, wire-wrapping, photography and other forms of art. I have an eclectic taste in music, but Blues is definitively in the top 5. I love learning about “the human condition”, how and why we get to be how we seem to be, and finding out how and who we truly are. An interesting philosophical conversation is always a pleasure. And so is joking around and making someone laugh. I’m an idealist at heart and an insatiable seeker of authenticity and wisdom. I love finding beauty in the least expected or ordinarily obvious places. Deep, genuine and meaningful connection is always an energy boost. I love to travel and I’ve had my fair share of trips, yet when someone asks me “what’s the best place where you’ve been to?”, I cheesily but truthfully reply “someone’s heart” :).

Aleksandra Gidzinski
I love Yoga Therapy and Massage Therapy. I see them both as a Sacred Form of opening as we start to learn how to dive into “the Immense Knowledge Of Life within each of us ( Amma)’’ with more ease , trust and Grace each time. Sacred Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Temple Bodywork is my favorite opening massage modality among many others such as swedish , aromatherapy and cupping.
